Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Raisity ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Raisity is intended for use by adults (18+) to help guide their families in understanding AI technology. By using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Description of Service

Raisity is an educational advisory platform designed to help parents navigate AI technology with their families. Our services include:

• Daily AI news with safety verdicts
• Age-appropriate learning journeys for family members
• AI-powered guidance for parenting questions
• Safety database of AI tool reviews

User Responsibilities

As a user of Raisity, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Use only nicknames (not real names) for child profiles
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Supervise any use of the App by children in your care
• Use the App only for its intended educational purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent safety features or parental gates

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Raisity to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Circumvent AI safety guardrails or content filters
• Collect information about other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App or its systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Subscriptions & Payments

Billing

All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases.

Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features at no cost
• Monthly Plan: $14.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $149.99/year, billed annually (includes 7-day free trial)
• Founding Family: $249 one-time payment for lifetime access (limited availability)

Free Trials

Annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Raisity—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—are the exclusive property of Raisity and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

Raisity uses artificial intelligence to generate some content. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Content should not be considered professional advice
• We recommend verifying important information independently
• AI responses are clearly labeled within the App

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

RAISITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP. PARENTS REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING THEIR CHILDREN'S TECHNOLOGY USE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAISITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the App settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
