Key Point: Raisity is designed for parents, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Account Information
- Parent email address – For account creation and communication
- Family nickname – A display name you choose (not your real name)
- Child age ranges – General age groups (e.g., "4-10 years"), not birthdates
- Child nicknames – Names you assign (e.g., "Buddy"), not real names
What We Do NOT Collect
- Real names of children
- Birthdates or exact ages
- Photos or biometric data
- Location data
- Contact lists or social connections
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage data through Mixpanel to improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or children.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide personalized, age-appropriate content and recommendations
- To track learning progress within your family
- To communicate important updates about the service
- To improve our app and develop new features
- To process payments through Apple's App Store
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase – Secure database hosting (encrypted at rest)
- Mixpanel – Anonymized analytics
- RevenueCat – Subscription management
- Google Gemini – AI-powered responses (no personal data sent)
- Apple App Store – Payment processing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Security
- Encryption at rest – All data stored using AES-256 encryption
- Encryption in transit – All communications use TLS 1.3
- Access controls – Row-level security ensures users only access their own data
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time:
- Open the Raisity app
- Go to Account → Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
